Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in production thru Bank and achieve targeted production
  • Responsible in team development
  • Responsible to develop action plan under his/her responsibility to achieve the production requirement effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible in using the approved budget in an effective and efficient way for the purpose of achieving the required production
  • Assist the department head in determining the Strategic Plan and build her/his own Action Plan

Qualifications
  • Has a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Marketing Management or Business Administration or similar major
  • Min. 6 years of experience in managing unit of Sales and Marketing, General Management, Relationship Management and/or Business Development (Agency)
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • MS Office literacy
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • High concern for order and quality; accuracy and work standard
