Our company developing application across various platforms, iOS, BlackBerry, Android, BREW, Windows Phone, Symbian, and others. In addition to that, we have been in partnership with all telecom operators in Indonesia both CDMA and GSM.

IT BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description:
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Banking Knowledge
- Having 2-4 experiences in relevant works/industries
- Majority of the focus of this position is expected on operational activities, with few allocation to deal with tactical area
- Expected to do Research & Analyst (R&A) for supporting the completion of his/her project task(s) but also expected to participate in the R&A that can support the completion of his/her team task(s) within the expected quality
- Expected to handle predefined challenges with low complexity and single dimension perspective
- Expected to be trusted counterpart and communicate escalation with minimum exposure to the operational level
- The position is expected to be able to communicate a predefined questions, information dissemination and gather the information accurately during 1 on 1 discussion or public communication
